Position Admin and Finance Manager
Responsibilities To oversee all aspects of financial, administration and human resources management and ensure that KLHC policies and procedures are effectively implemented and complied with. Provide strategic support to KLHC Board and CEO.
  • Oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting; asset management; cash flow management; payroll; management reporting; financial, variance and accounts analysis; in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, financial policies and procedures of KLHC, and all other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resource management for all employees including but not limited to recruitment, induction, development and termination, in consultation with relevant organs of KLHC, performance management, facilitating the process of setting benefit and compensation packages, and working with employees’ supervisors implement Board‐approved employee policies in accordance with relevant Employment law requirements.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of Tenders awarded to KLHC and keep proper records of all Tender Documents.
  • Ensure that procurement and administration policies and procedures are adhered to and are compatible with donor criteria.
  • Assist in the development of current and long‐term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for KLHC operations.
  • Ensure that regular financial statements are produced so that the CEO and the Board have adequate information for decision making
  • Prepare and present annual financial statement up to external audits, in consultation with the KLHC CEO.
  • To assist and support the CEO with the administration of personnel records and data and offer an effective administrative support service, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • To assist in the administration of a range of Finance procedures and to ensure that the use of resources is adequately monitored and controlled.
