A dedicated professional who has spent close to 14 years in the engineering and construction sector spanning projects of various size and complexity for the high-tech industries. He is a people centric leader with a passion for safe timely projects, high quality to customer’s satisfaction and conscious to project budgets and maintain profitability for his organization. Joel has organically climbed the career ladder at Exyte Group (previously known as M+W Group), a leading German Engineering and Construction firm starting as a project engineer in Singapore to managing projects in the region and currently serving as the Director and General Manager for Exyte Malaysia where he is responsible for business development and delivering projects related to Life Sciences. In his role as BD Manager, he has successfully won numerous project (EPCM, EPC) for Exyte in Singapore and Malaysia. He has managed turnkey tender bids for projects up to RM 600mil.
