Another Wellness Wednesday programme was conducted at our centre last Wednesday, 10 December 2008.
The programme began with a half an hour health talk entitled “Heart Disease in Early Stage” given by our Cardiologist, Dr. Rafiq.
This is later followed by free check-ups of Blood Pressure test and BMI measurement, where as many as 50 individuals from around Plaza Sentral participated.

Rotary Club Shah Alam and Dato Aminuddin Setro (ADUN Jeram) has generously sponsored mammogram screening for 50 ladies from Kg Bukit Kuching. The screening was held at our centre on 24 & 25 November, 2008.
